From the ancient "Ripasso" method of processing the grapes, which means to pour the wine Valpolicella on the grapes utilized to produce the Amarone and the Recioto − we get this pleasant and fullbodied wine.
It accompanies very well flavourful main dishes such as roasts, grilled red meats, and also seasoned cheeses.
