Signorelli

Our name was originally inspired by an Italian Renaissance painter in the 15th century using the artist name of Signorelli. Signorelli was considered to be part of the Tuscan school, and he was particularly known for his massive fresco works he made around different parts of Italy.
It is our goal to offer a selection of the most typical wines of the different regions of Italy – at the best possible quality for an accessible price. Please enjoy exploring the fantastic wines of from the many wonderful wine regions of Italy.
Our range is under constant development, but shall always offer the most important of the classics of the regions, as well as some additional, carefully selected wines.

Amarone Della Valpolicella

Made of Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grapes dried for about 90 days, this Amarone is a wine with a great character. This wine has been aged for 24 months in small Slavonian oak barrel and refined for 6 months in the bottles. It is a perfect company to red meats, game and seasoned and spicy cheeses. Serve at room temperature.

Valpolicella Ripasso

From the ancient « Ripasso » method of processing the grapes, which means to pour the wine Valpolicella on the grapes utilized to produce the Amarone and the Recioto − we get this pleasant and fullbodied wine.

It accompanies very well flavourful main dishes such as roasts, grilled red meats, and also seasoned cheeses.

Served at 20°C.

Prosecco Extra Dry

This Prosecco, sparkling wine comes from selected Glera grapes (also known as Prosecco). The taste is fresh and pleasant, with delicate notes of apple and peach. It is harmonic in the bouquet, fine and fruity. Excellent as an aperitif and also during meals.

To be served in Flute glasses at a temperature of 6-8C°.
